Science of Calm Seminars
It’s not rocket science but it is neuroscience. The Science of Calm approach to physical health and emotional wellbeing is based on one simple idea: A calm, balanced nervous system is the foundation for a calm mind and a healthy body. The information presented in our Science of Calm seminars is based on well established research in physiology and neuroscientific research. We’ve designed the seminar to help you to better understand the science of mental life and the powerful connection between mind and body. Along with education, we also provide simple user friendly techniques you can take with you that will help you lead a calmer, more satisfying and effective life. We offer two versions of the Science of Calm seminar:
